4 poblano chiles (1 lb./450 g)
4 tomatillos (1/2 lb./225 g), hulled
2 Tbsp. Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

How do I make it ?
Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
Grill chiles and tomatillos 7 to 8 min. or until softened and charred on all sides, turning occasionally.
Place chiles in bowl; cover with plastic wrap. Let stand 20 min.
Remove and discard skins and seeds from chiles. Finely chop chiles and tomatillos; place in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.

If tomatillos are too small to cook on the barbecue without falling through the grates, place them in a shallow disposable foil pan before placing on barbecue grate to cook as directed.
