1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce

1 egg white, lightly beaten

2 bamboo shoots, cooked, peeled and each cut lengthwise into 8 wedges

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Toss meat with soy sauce and corn starch. Add egg white; mix lightly. Let stand 5 min.
Step 2
Heat oil in nonstick wok on high heat. Add meat; stir-fry 2 min. Add bamboo shoots; stir-fry 2 min. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Stir dressing into meat mixture; spoon onto platter. Top with onions.
