1-3/4 lb. (790 g) Yukon gold potatoes (about 7), peeled, cut into 1-inch chunks
1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fig Balsamic Dressing, divided
1 large Vidalia onion, cut lengthwise in half, then sliced crosswise
2 Gala apples, peeled, shredded
1 cup beer
2 tsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. oil, divided
6 bone-in pork chops (2 lb./900 g), 1/2-inch thick
1/3 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
3 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

Step 1
Cook potatoes in large saucepan of boiling water on medium-high heat 15 to 20 min. or until tender.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat 2 Tbsp. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 10 min. or until softened, stirring frequently. Stir in apples, beer and sugar; simmer on medium-low heat 4 to 5 min. or until beer is cooked off. Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm.
Step 3
Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in same skillet on medium-high heat. Add 3 chops; cook 3 min. on each side or until done (160ºF); brush with 1 Tbsp. of the remaining dressing. Transfer to separate plate; cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining oil, chops and dressing.
Step 4
Drain potatoes; return to saucepan. Add cream cheese product, milk and chives; mash until potatoes are smooth. Serve with chops and apple mixture.
