4 bone-in pork chops (1-1/2 lb./675 g), 3/4 inch thick
1 lb. (450 g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup dried apricots
3 cinnamon stick
1/2 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fig Balsamic Dressing

Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chops; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Transfer chops to plate, reserving drippings in skillet. Cover chops to keep warm.
Step 2
Add Brussels sprouts and onions to reserved drippings; cook and stir 3 min. or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients; stir. Cover; cook 7 to 9 min. or until Brussel sprouts are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Return chops to skillet; cook 1 to 2 min. or until heated through.
