2 Tbsp. flour
4 boneless pork chops (1 lb./450 g)
1 Tbsp. oil
1 each green and red pepper, cut into thin strips
1 onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick wedges
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 jar (640 mL) Catelli Garden Select Diced Tomatoes & Basil Pasta Sauce
220 g spaghetti, uncooked

Step 1
Place flour in pie plate. Add chops, 1 at a time; turn to evenly coat both sides of each chop with flour. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chops; cook 4 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides. Transfer chops to plate; cover to keep warm. Drain any meat drippings from skillet.
Step 2
Add peppers, onions and garlic to skillet; cook 3 min., stirring constantly to scrape browned bits from bottom of skillet. Stir in pasta sauce; bring to boil, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Return chops along with any meat juices from plate to skillet; spoon pasta sauce mixture over chops. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 12 min. or until chops are done (160ºF). Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
Step 4
Drain spaghetti. Serve topped with chops and pasta sauce mixture.
