Step 1
Combine cheese and 2 Tbsp. dressing; spoon into 6 sections of ice cube tray, adding about 2 tsp. to each. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
Step 2
Meanwhile, shape meat into 12 balls; flatten each into 3-1/2-inch patty. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 3
Heat greased barbecue to medium heat. Place 1 frozen cheese cube on centre of each of 6 meat patties; cover with second patty. Press edges together to seal.
Step 4
Grill 12 min. or until burgers are done (160ºF), turning and brushing with remaining dressing after 6 min. Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; cover with lettuce, tomatoes and tops of buns.
