1 pork tenderloin (1 lb./450 g), cut into 4 pieces
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 apple, chopped
1/2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme

Step 1
Cook meat in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Transfer meat to platter; cover to keep warm.
Step 2
Add butter and sugar to skillet; cook and stir 2 min. or until butter is melted and mixture is well blended. Add apples; cook 3 to 5 min. or until tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally. Remove apples from skillet; cover to keep warm.
Step 3
Add cream cheese product, milk, wine and thyme to skillet; cook and stir on medium-low heat 3 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is heated through. Drizzle over meat; top with apples.
