1 pork tenderloin (1 lb./450 g), cut into thin slices
1 tsp. sugar
1/3 cup Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce, divided
1 tsp. corn starch
1 tsp. water
2 Tbsp. oil, divided
1 onion, sliced
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, peas)
1/4 tsp. honey
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Step 1
Toss meat with sugar and 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce. Refrigerate 15 min.
Step 2
Mix corn starch and water until blended. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in wok or nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; stir-fry 5 min. Remove meat from wok; set aside.
Step 3
Add remaining oil and onions to wok; stir-fry 3 to 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Add frozen vegetables; stir-fry 2 min. Add honey, lemon juice, remaining Worcestershire sauce and corn starch mixture; stir-fry 2 to 3 min. or until sauce is slightly thickened.
Step 4
Return meat to wok; stir-fry 1 min. or until heated through.
