125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1-1/2 cups (375 mL) shredded Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbsp. (15 mL) Port wine
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 cinnamon stick
1 bay leaf

Step 1
Mix first 3 ingredients; place on sheet of plastic wrap. Shape into ball; wrap tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
Step 2
Unwrap cheese ball; sprinkle evenly with paprika. Insert cinnamon stick in top to resemble stem of an apple. Add bay leaf at base of cinnamon stick.
