4 portobello mushroom caps, gills removed
5 Tbsp. Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing, divided
2 cups cooked brown rice
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro, divided
4 large flour tortillas
2 avocados, sliced
1 cup Cracker Barrel Finely Shredded 3 Cheese Mexicana Cheese
1/2 cup salsa

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Place mushrooms, rounded sides up, on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; brush with 2 Tbsp. dressing. Bake 10 to 12 min. or until mushrooms are tender; cool.
Step 3
Slice mushrooms. Combine rice, 2 Tbsp. cilantro and remaining dressing; spoon down centres of tortillas. Top with mushrooms, avocados and cheese. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito style.
Step 4
Cook burritos, seam sides down, in large skillet on medium heat 3 to 4 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides. Serve with salsa.

Serve with fresh fruit and a quick bagged salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing.
How to Clean Mushrooms
Use a damp paper towel or damp clean towel to gently wipe dirt off mushrooms. Or, rinse briefly under cold running water, then pat dry.
How to Peel Avocados
Insert knife into tip end of whole avocado until knife reaches pit. Rotate knife around pit until avocado is cut lengthwise in half. Gently pull avocado apart by twisting the 2 halves in opposite directions. Score avocado skin of each half into thirds, cutting just to, but not into, flesh of avocado. Using paring knife, pull back centre strip of avocado peel. Then, pull back 2 side strips of peel.
