1 lb. (450 g) sweet potatoes (about 2), peeled
1 lb. (450 g) large Yukon gold potatoes (about 2), peeled
1 large carrot, peeled, sliced
1 small red onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick wedges
1/2 cup Kraft Classic Herb Dressing
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
1/2 cup cubed feta cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Heat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Cut sweet potatoes into 1-inch-thick wedges, then cut the Yukon gold potatoes into 1-1/2x1/2-inch chunks; place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Add carrots and onions.
Step 3
Combine dressing and paprika. Pour over vegetables; mix lightly.
Step 4
Bake 55 min. to 1 hour or until vegetables are tender and lightly browned, stirring after 30 min.
Step 5
Top with feta and cilantro.
