1-1/2 cups crushed kettle-cooked potato chips
1/4 cup Miracle Whip made with Olive Oil Spread*
4 cod fillets (1 lb./450 g)

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Place crushed chips in shallow dish.
Step 3
Brush Miracle Whip onto both sides of 1 fish fillet, then dip in crushed chips, turning to evenly coat both sides of fillet with chips. Place on prepared baking sheet.
Step 4
Repeat with remaining fish fillets.
Step 5
Bake 12 to 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
*Made with a blend of oils including olive, canola, and soybean oil.
