1 Tbsp. minced fresh thyme
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded 3 Cheese Pizza Cheese, divided
1 Yukon gold potato (150 g), thinly sliced
1/4 cup assorted pitted olives

Step 1
Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 12-inch circle on lightly floured surface. Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 2
Mix thyme, garlic and oil until blended; brush half onto dough. Top with 1 cup cheese and potatoes. Brush with remaining oil mixture.
Step 3
Bake 18 to 20 min. or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown, topping with remaining cheese and olives after 10 min.
