1 Yukon gold potato (150 g), peeled, thinly sliced
1 pear, thinly sliced
1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp. KRAFT 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
3 slices prosciutto (45 g)
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary

Step 1
Heat oven to 425ºF.
Step 2
Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 12-inch oval on lightly floured surface. Transfer to parchment-covered baking sheet. Let stand 10 min.
Step 3
Arrange potato slices, then pear slices in thin layer over crust; top with cheeses and prosciutto. Place on bottom oven rack.
Step 4
Bake 18 to 20 min. or until edge of crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with rosemary.
