2 pkg. (4-serving size each) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
1-1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/3 cup packed brown sugar

Beat first 4 ingredients in large bowl with whisk 2 min. (Mixture will be thick.) Stir in Cool Whip. Spoon into 10 dessert glasses.
Step 2
Refrigerate 4 hours. Meanwhile, toss nuts with butter and sugar.
Step 3
Sprinkle nut mixture over desserts just before serving.
