1 beef prime rib roast (7 lb./3.2 kg), 5 or 6 ribs
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1-1/4 cups Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
10 heads of garlic

How do I make it ?
Place meat in shallow dish; sprinkle with pepper. Pour 1 cup dressing over meat. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
Heat oven to 425°F. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Place meat, fat side up, in roasting pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Cut tops off garlic heads; discard tops. Place garlic, cut sides up, around meat. Drizzle with remaining dressing.
Bake 15 min. Reduce heat to 325°F; bake 3-1/2 to 4 hours or until 150°F. Remove from oven. Cover with foil; let stand 15 to 20 min. or until medium doneness (160ºF) before slicing. Serve with garlic.
