1/2 each: onion and red or green pepper, chopped
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 cup water
1 can (28 oz/796 mL) diced tomatoes
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. each: salt, dried oregano and garlic powder
1-1/2 cups instant white rice
3/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

How do I make it ?
BROWN onion, pepper and beef; drain. Add water, tomatoes and seasonings. Bring to a boil and boil about 2 min. Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 min.
STIR in half of the cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
