3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. (225 g) thin fresh mushroom slices
1 onion, finely chopped
125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, cubed
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh tarragon
1 frozen pre-rolled puff pastry sheet (1/2 of 450-g pkg.), thawed
3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese

Step 1
Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms and onions; cook 5 min. or until softened, stirring frequently. Add cream cheese and tarragon; cook 2 to 3 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Cool.
Step 2
Heat oven to 400ºF. Unroll pastry sheet onto lightly floured cutting board; cut into 12 rounds with 4-1/2-inch cookie cutter, rerolling scraps as necessary. Press 1 pastry round into each of 12 muffin pan cups; prick bottoms with fork.
Step 3
Spoon mushroom mixture into pastry shells; top with shredded cheese.
Step 4
Bake 15 min. or until puff pastry is golden brown and cheese melted.

Cool, then refrigerate any leftovers. Place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Freeze up to 1 month. When ready to serve, place on baking sheet and reheat in 325ºF oven 8 to 10 min. or until heated through. (No need to thaw first.)
