Unroll second pastry sheet, then roll out to 12x10-inch rectangle; place over chocolate-topped tree. Trim pastry so top pastry cutout matches shape of bottom tree. Reserve trimmings. Starting at bottom of tree, make 1-inch-wide cuts into opposite long sides of tree as shown in photo, leaving centre of trees uncut. Gently twist strips, 1 at a time, while gently pulling strip away from centre of tree.
