3 pkg (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened, divided
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar, divided
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla, divided
2 eggs
1 ready-to-use chocolate pie crust (6 inch)
3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Beat 2 pkg. cream cheese with pumpkin, 1/2 cup sugar, pumpkin pie spice and 1/2 tsp. vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.
Step 3
Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
Step 4
Pour into crust.
Step 5
Bake 40 min. or until centre is almost set; cool completely.
Step 6
Refrigerate 3 hours.
Step 7
Beat remaining cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Fold in Cool Whip; spread over pie.

Note
For longer storage, insert several toothpicks into top of finished pie; loosely drape plastic wrap over toothpicks. Refrigerate pie up to 24 hours before serving.
