Beat butter and sugar in medium bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in flour until well blended. Stir in nuts. Reserve 3/4 cup flour mixture; press remaining onto bottom of 15x10x1-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 15 to 18 min. or until lightly browned. Meanwhile, mix all remaining ingredients except Icing Sugar Glaze until blended.

Pour pumpkin batter over crust; sprinkle with reserved flour mixture. Bake 30 to 35 min. or until pumpkin mixture is set in centre. Cool completely.
Step 5
Drizzle with Icing Sugar Glaze.
