1 each: medium green pepper and onion, diced

1 can (28 oz/796 mL) diced tomatoes

1/2 cup Heinz Chili Sauce or salsa

1 can (12 oz/341 mL) whole kernel corn, drained

Step 1
BROWN ground beef, pepper and onion; drain. Add tomatoes, chili sauce, rice and corn. Cover and simmer for 15 min.
Step 2
SPRINKLE with cheese and cover until cheese melts.
