1 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine
1 boneless beef round steak (2 lb./900 g), cut into thin strips
2 onions, sliced
1/2 cup water
2 green peppers, sliced
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
440 g fettuccine, uncooked
1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
2 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Step 1
Melt margarine in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until evenly browned. Stir in onions and water; cover. Simmer 30 min., stirring occasionally and adding more water if needed. Add green peppers and mushrooms; stir. Simmer, covered, 10 min., stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
Step 2
Mix soup, Miracle Whip, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Add to meat mixture in skillet; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Drain pasta. Add to meat mixture; stir to evenly coat.
