How do I make it ?
Heat oil in large deep nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 8 to 10 min. or until done. Remove chicken from skillet; set aside.
Heat dressing in same skillet on medium-high heat. Add carrots, onions and garlic; cook and stir 7 min. or until onions are softened. Stir in broth. Bring to boil; stir in broccoli. Simmer 5 min. or until broccoli is crisp-tender.
Return chicken to skillet along with the rice; stir. Simmer 1 to 2 min. or until heated through. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese and parsley.
Kraft Kitchen Tips!
Add 1 chopped red or yellow pepper to the cooked vegetables in skillet along with the broccoli.
Serve with a tossed green salad to round out the meal.
