4 single chicken breasts, skinned, boned and pounded slightly
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 cup KRAFT Catalina Dressing or KRAFT CALORIE-WISE CATALINA Dressing
1/4 cup sherry
1/2 cup seedless red or green grapes
2 cups hot cooked rice

How do I make it ?

Step 1
SAUTÉ chicken in margarine over medium-high heat about 4 minutes per side or until browned and tender.
Step 2
POUR over combined dressing and sherry; add grapes. Heat through, turning chicken once. Serve over rice.
Step 3
MICROWAVE directions: Arrange chicken breasts in a round shallow casserole with thickest parts toward outer edges. Omit margarine.
Step 4
POUR combined dressing and sherry over chicken.
Step 5
COOK covered at HIGH (100%) 6 or 7 minutes, turning chicken at half time. Test for doneness.
Step 6
ADD grapes, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
