1/4 cup Kraft Crunchy Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
2 tsp. sesame oil
2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 pkg. (227 g) sliced fresh mushrooms
1 sweet red pepper, chopped
1 cup snow peas, trimmed

Step 1
Mix all ingredients except vegetable oil, chicken and vegetables until blended.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in nonstick wok or large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir fry 4 min. or until no longer pink. Add mushrooms and sweet peppers; stir-fry 4 to 5 min. or until chicken is done.
Step 3
Add peanut sauce and snow peas; stir-fry 1 to 2 min. or until heated through.

Substitute your family's favourite choice of vegetables for the mushrooms, sweet red peppers and/or snow peas.
Special Extra
For added colour and flavour, top with 2 Tbsp. each chopped dry roasted peanuts and fresh cilantro before serving.
