1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1-1/3 cups water
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked

Step 1
Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 to 7 min. or until done.
Step 2
Add water, teriyaki sauce and garlic powder; stir. Bring to boil.
Step 3
Stir in broccoli and rice; cover. Cook on low heat 5 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork.
