1 pkg. (225 g) broad egg noodles, uncooked
1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1/2 lb. (225 g) sliced fresh mushrooms
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
1/2 cup 25%-less-sodium beef broth
1/4 cup milk
1 Tbsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. paprika

Step 1
Cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cook meat, mushrooms and onions in large deep skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. or until meat is evenly browned, stirring frequently and adding garlic for the last minute. Spoon into bowl; cover to keep warm.
Step 3
Add cream cheese product, broth, milk, mustard, thyme and paprika to skillet; cook and stir on medium heat 2 to 3 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is heated through.
Step 4
Drain noodles. Add to sauce in skillet along with the meat mixture; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until heated through.
