Who doesn't love fudge? These sweet bites of butterscotch fudge are creamy and delicious, but the best part is that this fudge takes only 10 minutes to prepare!

1 pkg (6-serving size) Jell-O Butterscotch Cooked Pudding and Pie Filling

3 Tbsp. butter

2 1/4 cups sifted icing sugar

1/3 cup chopped nuts

How do I make it ?

Step 1
LINE a small loaf pan with waxed paper.
Step 2
BLEND milk gradually into pudding mix in a medium microwaveable bowl. Add butter.
Step 3
COOK uncovered on HIGH power for 1 minute. Stir well. Cook on HIGH power for 1 minute. Mixture should just start to foam or boil around the edges. Do not overcook. Stir well.
Step 4
QUICKLY blend in icing sugar and nuts.
Step 5
POUR into pan and chill 45 minutes to one hour. Cut into pieces. Store in refrigerator.

Use JELL-O Chocolate or Vanilla Pudding and Pie Filling, if desired. Add 1/2 cup (125 mL) dried fruit such as apricots, cranberries or candied cherries, if desired.
