4 cups Italian-style frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained
1-2/3 cups Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Step 1
Cook chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 2 min. on each side. Add vegetables; cover. Cook 5 min.
Step 2
Stir in pasta sauce. Simmer 5 min. on medium heat or until chicken is cooked through (170ºF).
Step 3
Top with cheese.
