4 large eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup matzo meal
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Mix all ingredients until well blended.
Step 2
Shape mixture into 1-inch balls with moistened hands. Add to pot of boiling salted water; cover. Cook 30 minutes or until done; drain.
Step 3
To serve, heat matzo balls in chicken soup.
