1/3 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing, divided
1/2 lb. (225 g) Italian sausage, casings removed
1/2 lb. (225 g) frozen uncooked cleaned large shrimp, thawed
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) chili-style diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
1 tsp. ground turmeric
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1 cup frozen peas

Step 1
Heat 2 Tbsp. dressing in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add sausage; cook 8 to 10 min. or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally to break sausage into smaller pieces. Stir in shrimp; cook 2 min. or until shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently.
Step 2
Add tomatoes, remaining dressing, broth and turmeric; stir. Bring to boil.
Step 3
Stir in rice and peas; cover. Return to boil; simmer 3 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.; fluff with fork.
