1 pkg. (300 g) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (150 g) round shortbread cookies (9 cookies), coarsely crushed
3 cups Jet-Puffed Fruit Flavoured Mini Marshmallows
1-1/2 cups coarsely chopped walnuts

Step 1
Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil or parchment paper with ends extending over sides. Grease lightly with cooking spray.
Step 2
Microwave chocolate and condensed milk in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until chocolate is almost melted. Stir until melted and smooth. Add vanilla; fold in cookies, marshmallows and nuts.
Step 3
Press mixture into prepared pan. Cool 30 min. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Use foil handles to lift fudge from pan before cutting into pieces.
