Step 1
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook 4 min. on each side or until browned on both sides.
Step 2
Combine soup, milk, dressing and peas; pour over meat. Cook on medium-low heat 5 min. or until meat is done (160°F), stirring sauce occasionally.
Step 3
Serve meat and sauce over rice; top with cheese.

Variation
