Step 1
Beat egg and water with fork until well blended. Add to large nonstick skillet; cook on medium heat 1 to 2 min. or until set, stirring occasionally. Transfer to bowl; cut into small pieces. Wipe skillet with paper towel.
Step 2
Add dressing and meat to skillet; stir-fry on medium-high heat 2 min. Add rice and soy sauce; stir-fry 3 min. Add carrots and onions; stir-fry 1 min. or until heated through. Remove from heat; stir in egg.
Step 3
Top with nuts.
