How do I make it ?
Add soy sauce and cooking wine to meat in large bowl; mix lightly. Add corn starch; toss to evenly coat. Let stand 10 min.
Heat 1-1/2 tsp. oil in wok on medium-high heat. Add meat; stir-fry 2 min. or until no longer pink. Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm.
Heat remaining oil in wok. Add mushrooms and carrots; stir-fry 2 min. Add water; cook 3 min. or until carrots are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Return meat to wok; stir-fry 1 min. or until done. Stir in dressing.
Spoon onto plate; sprinkle with onions.
