1-1/3 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1 cup water
3/4 lb. (375 g) uncooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined
2 cups broccoli florets
1/4 lb. (115 g) sliced fresh mushrooms
1 small carrot, sliced
1/2 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce

How do I make it ?
Heat barbecue to medium heat.
Spoon rice onto centres of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil with sides folded up slightly; pour 1/4 cup water over each. Top with remaining ingredients.
Fold foil to make 4 packets.
Grill 15 min. or until shrimp turn pink and rice is tender. Cut slits in foil to release steam before carefully opening packets.

Add a dash of your favourite seasoning, such as garlic powder, crushed red pepper or Italian seasoning, to ingredients in each packet before grilling as directed.
These easy-to-make foil packets can be filled ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 6 hours before grilling as directed.
