1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1-1/2 cups water
1 pkg. (35 g) 30%-less-sodium taco seasoning mix
1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Tex Mex Cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
2 cups chopped tomatoes

How do I make it ?
Brown meat in large nonstick skillet; drain.
Add water and seasoning mix; stir. Bring to boil.
Stir in rice. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Simmer on low heat 5 min. Remove from heat.
Top with lettuce and tomatoes.
Kraft Kitchen Tips!
Substitute 1 Tbsp. chili powder and 1 tsp. ground cumin for the taco seasoning mix.
Top with coarsely crushed tortilla chips and sour cream along with the lettuce and tomatoes.
This tasty twist on tacos not only tastes great but the meat and cheese make it an excellent source of protein and the meat and rice provide an excellent source of iron. Enjoy!
