Taco shells are replaced with soft tortillas in these quick quesadillas. Filled with ground beef, taco seasoning, cheese and salsa, these quesadillas are as easy to make as they are fun to eat.

1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 pkg. (35 g) 30%-less-sodium taco seasoning mix
8 small flour tortillas, warmed
1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese
1/2 cup salsa

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 425°F.
Cook meat with seasoning mix as directed on package.
Spoon onto tortillas; top with cheese and salsa. Fold in half; place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 6 to 8 min. or until heated through.

Assemble quesadillas as directed. Refrigerate up to 12 hours. When ready to serve, bake (uncovered) in 425°F oven 10 to 12 min. or until heated through.
Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
