1 cup red quinoa, uncooked

1 cup frozen edamame (shelled)

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Bring water and quinoa to boil in saucepan on high heat; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 15 min. or until couscous is tender and liquid is absorbed; cool slightly. Fluff with fork. Let stand 10 min.
Step 2
Spoon quinoa into medium bowl.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
Step 4
Refrigerate 30 min.

The quinoa can be cooked ahead of time. Cool, then refrigerate up to 24 hours before combining with remaining ingredients as directed.
