Store-bought noodles are the base for this delicious ramen recipe. With just a handful of ingredients, this recipe comes together in 10 minutes. We used beef ramen noodles but feel free to try any flavour you like!

Bring water to boil in medium saucepan. Add Noodles; stir. Cook 3 min. or until noodles are tender, adding contents of the Flavour Packet and spinach to pan for the last minute. Ladle into 2 bowls.
Slip cracked egg into soup in each bowl; spoon noodles over eggs. Let stand 1 min. or until egg whites are firm.
Top with Kraft Singles and onions.

For a bit of crunch, sprinkle each serving with 1 tsp. toasted sesame seed.
Substitute sliced bok choy for the spinach.
For more flavour, add nori (dried seaweed) to the soup along with the Flavour Packet and spinach.
