Give our summer-fresh grilled chicken salad recipe a try - a bed of fresh spinach is topped with chopped tomatoes, red onion slices, barbecued chicken, ranch dressing and crumbled blue cheese.
How do I make it ?
MARINATE chicken (1 piece per person) in KRAFT Regular BBQ Sauce. Grill over medium heat for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Cut into thin strips.
TOSS spinach leaves (1 cup per person), chopped tomato and red onion slices in a large bowl. Top with chicken. Pour KRAFT RANCHER'S CHOICE Dressing (1/2 cup should do it) over salad. Sprinkle with crumbled Blue Cheese.
