1 cup bite-size cauliflower florets

How do I make it ?
Place potatoes and cauliflower in large saucepan. Add enough water to completely cover vegetables. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 20 min. or until vegetables are tender.
Drain and return vegetables to saucepan. Add dressing; mash until light and fluffy. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley just before serving.
