1/2 cup sugar

1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. baking soda

1/2 cup Renée's Ranch Dip

3/4 cup skim milk

1/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product

1/4 cup non-hydrogenated margarine, melted

1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 425ºF.
Step 2
Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
Step 3
Mix dip, milk, egg product and margarine until blended. Stir in cheese. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.)
Step 4
Spoon into 24 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 5
Bake 15 to 20 min. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean. Cool in pans 5 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
