1 cup chopped mixed red, orange, yellow and green cherry tomatoes
2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onions
2 Tbsp. finely chopped jalapeño peppers
2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
4 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 can (275 g) low fat refried beans, warmed
4 small flour tortillas
1 avocado, sliced
1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese
1/4 cup Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing

Combine first 4 ingredients.
Step 2
Whisk eggs and milk until blended. Heat large skillet on low heat; spray with cooking spray. Add eggs; cook 5 to 6 min. or just until set, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Spread beans onto half of each tortilla. Top with eggs and remaining ingredients.
