36 Nilla Vanilla Wafers
1/4 cup Kraft Pure Raspberry Jam
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 Tbsp. corn starch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
4 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. almond-flavoured liqueur, (or 1/4 tsp (1mL) almond extract)
1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
sweetened whipped cream or Cool Whip Whipped Topping
toasted almonds

Step 1
SANDWICH 2 wafers together with raspberry jam; repeat for all wafers and set aside.
Step 2
COMBINE sugar, corn starch and salt in saucepan; stir in milk. Beat cream and egg yolks; add to milk mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat, until custard is smooth and thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in liqueur; cool slightly.
Step 3
LAYER raspberries, wafer sandwiches and custard, dividing evenly among 6 parfait glasses. Cover and refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
Step 4
GARNISH with sweetened whipped cram or whipped topping, toasted almonds and raspberries.
