1 cup butter, softened
2-1/2 cups granulated sugar, divided
2-1/2 cups flour, divided
2 oz. Baker's White Chocolate
1/2 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Raspberry Jelly Powder
6 eggs
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tsp. icing sugar
32 small raspberries

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Beat butter and 1/2 cup granulated sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually add 2 cups flour, mixing well after each addition. Shape dough into ball, then press onto bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of 13x9-inch pan. Refrigerate 30 min.
Step 3
Meanwhile, melt chocolate as directed on package; spoon into resealable plastic bag. Cut small piece off one bottom corner of bag. Use to draw 32 (1-inch) flowers on parchment paper-covered baking sheet as shown in photo. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 4
Bake crust 15 to 20 min. or until lightly browned. Cool completely.
Step 5
Add boiling water to jelly powder in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add remaining granulated sugar, remaining flour, eggs and lime juice; whisk until blended. Pour over crust.
Step 6
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until centre is set. Cool completely.
Step 7
Sprinkle icing sugar over dessert just before serving. Arrange chocolate flowers on top of dessert; place raspberries in centres of flowers.

Variation
Prepare using Jell-O Lemon Jelly Powder, and substituting lemon juice for the lime juice.
