Not your average pie! This sweet, gooey pie makes campfires all the more special. Melted chocolate chips, marshmallows and cookie butter combine with sweet-tart raspberries to fill crisp, golden buttery bread for the ultimate treat. But beware! The aroma of these Raspberry-Chocolate Pudgy Pies might entice some unwanted guests out of the woods!

8 slices white bread
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup European-style cookie butter (speculoos cookie butter)
1 cup raspberries
1/4 cup Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows

Step 1
Spread tops of bread slices with butter.
Step 2
Place 1 bread slice, buttered side down, on bottom of square pie iron; spread with 1 Tbsp. cookie butter. Top with 1/4 cup raspberries, 1 Tbsp. chocolate chips and 2 Tbsp. marshmallows. Cover with 1 of the remaining bread slices, buttered side up. Close pie iron.
Step 3
Hold over hot campfire; cook 3 to 6 min. or until outside of pie is golden brown and chocolate chips are melted, turning occasionally. Carefully remove pie from iron; cool pie slightly.
Step 4
Meanwhile, repeat with remaining ingredients to make 3 additional pies.
Step 5
Cut pies in half to serve.
