1 large zucchini, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
1 small red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 each green and red pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shaved Cheese

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 425ºF.
Combine vegetables and garlic in large bowl. Add dressing; mix lightly.
Spread onto parchment-covered baking sheet.
Bake 45 min. or until vegetables are tender and lightly browned around edges. Sprinkle with cheese.
