1/2 small red onion, cut into 1/4-inch-thick wedges
1 zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
3/4 cup cut-up yellow peppers (1-inch pieces)
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 tomato, cut into 8 wedges

Heat 2 Tbsp. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Add remaining dressing, zucchini, peppers and garlic; cook and stir 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in tomatoes; cook 5 min. or just until softened, stirring occasionally.
